The concept of a highly secure digital collaboration platform for law firms has not let Patrick and Arnold go. After countless intensive discussions and workshops, it is clear that potential law firm clients would be very happy with the solution and are threatening to place orders. That's why Arnold and Patrick launch the ambitious project and found Legal Tech Services GmbH at the end of the year.

What initially presented development with extreme challenges and was ridiculed by many in passing is now really paying off. The security by design approach with its complex technical challenges, especially in the area of encryption, has also convinced the FFG. IURIO is one of the few lucky companies to receive a high six-figure grant for the further development of the highly secure platform.

Many large law firms and companies are now also benefiting from the IURIO platform. Tax law firms have taken a great liking to IURIO, particularly because the collaboration suite can be used for both tax consulting and auditing from the outset. The pandemic is causing many companies to freeze at first, but then leads to an intensive increase in digital awareness and thus economic growth.

In addition to the Europe-wide signature, a video call function and a proven solution for notary's offices, a new M&A and due diligence solution is released, IURIO Insights sees the light of day and the eagerly awaited new website goes live. New interfaces are diligently tested and rolled out with clients and the project business is further expanded. This year, the cooperation with Linde Verlag is significantly deepened and we are working diligently on the joint solution for highly secure, convenient and efficient collaboration in law firms and companies.
